Blue and White Porcelain ‘Fisherman’ Jar Ming-Qing

China, late Ming dynasty (1368-1644) to Qing dynasty (1644-1912). The globular body painted in underglaze blue with a continuous scene depicting river landscape with a sailboat and a fisherman, framed by a band of slanting lines above and a double line below. The base with a mark.

Condition: Good condition with minor wear, light surface scratches, and manufacturing flaws including firing cracks, and dark spots.
Provenance: Estate of Wolfgang Zacke (1942-2022), co-founder of Galerie Zacke, thence by descent. 

Condition: Great condition with age.
